Not a checklist. A place to return to.

We keep a small collection of independently run stays along the Adriatic: houses where the hosts know the local water, the kitchen has an opinion, and the building belongs exactly where it is.

Every place is visited, not sourced. We work with owners who care for their rooms, their suppliers and the landscape around them.
